I’m Coach Julia, a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and Women’s Transformation Coach. I specialize in strength training, glute sculpting, and full-body conditioning. Above all, my goal is to help women feel strong, confident, and supported.
Whether you’re new to fitness or ready to level up, I’ll help you build the body and confidence you deserve. I help women build stronger bodies, beat gym anxiety, and feel confident in their everyday life.

I started working out with Julia in July last year, and it was such a great experience. In the beginning, I was still feeling super overwhelmed with a lot of gym anxiety. I remember on my first day, I sat in the car for 30 minutes because I was afraid to go in. But from day one, she made me feel super comfortable and helped me get over my fear and insecurities.
She is incredibly knowledgeable and took into account my previous injuries, as I have had a car accident that left me with a hip injury to tailor everything to my goals, limitations, and fitness level. She educated me on nutrition as well as set up activities outside of the gym to engage me more in an active lifestyle.
I am still working towards my goals, but now I am able to actually enjoy my time at the gym and feel more comfortable. Over time, we’ve become good friends, and I truly appreciate how much she’s supported me both physically and mentally.
